Principal Scientific Adviser to the Govt. of IndiaProf. Ajay Kumar Sood is the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India and Chairperson of the Prime Minister’s Science, Technology & Innovation Advisory Council (PM-STIAC). He is also a National Science Chair Professor at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. An internationally renowned physicist, his research spans quantum materials, soft matter, and active matter. He has published over 495 research papers and holds several patents. A recipient of the Padma Shri and numerous scientific honors, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society (FRS) and other leading international science academies, and has held several distinguished scientific leadership positions.
Prof. (Retd.) Arvind A. Natu
Former Chairperson, BoG, IISER Berhampur Former Senior Scientist, National Chemical Laboratories (NCL)Dr. Natu holds a Ph.D. from Poona and Berlin Universities and has had a distinguished career spanning over four decades in academia, research, and the pharmaceutical industry. A former Senior Scientist at CSIR–National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, Internationally recognized for his contributions to combinatorial and bio-organic chemistry, drug discovery, and scientific leadership.
