Anti-ragging committee :

The anti-ragging committee is constituted as per the UGC guideline (F-1-16/2007 (CPP-II) dated June 17, 2009. It has the following composition:

• The Dean, Academic Affairs (Member)
• The Registrar (Member)
• The Dean, Student Affairs (Member)
• Dr. Rohit Soni, Associate Professor, DPS (Member)
• Dr. Ruthrotha Selvi Bharathavikru, Associate Professor, DBS (Member)
• Dr. Gohil Singh Thakur, Assistant Professor, DCS (Member)
• Dr. Somrita Ray, Assistant Professor, DCS (Member)
• Student Representative (Fresher) 
• Student Representatives (Senior Batch)
• Parent Representative
• Prof. Sukanta Kumar Tripathy, Professor, Berhampur University (External Member)

As mandated by the UGC guidelines, the institute also has an Anti-ragging squad, consisting of the faculty members from different departments. 

Complaints to the anti-ragging committee can be submitted by email: arcr@iiserbpr.ac.in. In addition, a student may also call the National Anti-ragging helpline: 1800-180-5522 (24 7 toll-free).

Anti-ragging Affidavit -

Submit your anti-ragging affidavit as required by UGC guidelines.

Instructions for filling up form

1. Log on to www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org
2. Click on “Student Registration” and fill in the required details including:
   • Personal information 
   • Parent/Guardian details
   • Institute details (IISER Berhampur is listed under the University section)
   • Course and admission details
3. After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation with a reference number and a PDF of your affidavit.
4. Download and sign the affidavit (both student and parent/guardian signatures required).
5. Upload the scanned copy of the signed affidavit during the online admission process.
6. You are  required to submit physical copies at the time of registration.
