The Physics and Chemistry of Advanced Materials (PCAM-2) 2026 will be held at IISER Berhampur, Odisha, from 23–25 October 2026, with a Pre-conference Tutorial on 22 October 2026. Organized as part of the Institute's decade-long journey of excellence, the conference will feature plenary lectures, keynote talks, and invited presentations by eminent scientists from India and abroad.

The symposium will serve as a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration and scientific networking while showcasing the latest developments in advanced materials research. The conference will cover themes including Solid State and Materials Chemistry, Advanced Functional Nanomaterials, Two-Dimensional (2D) Materials, Supramolecular Materials and Frameworks, Energy Conversion and Storage Materials, Chemical Sensors, Topological and Quantum Materials, and Nanomaterials for Bioimaging and Therapeutics.
